If you are unable to share your screen or others cannot see it, follow these steps.
- When prompted, click Allow
- Select:
- Entire screen OR
- Specific window/tab
- Click Share
- Use Google Chrome (recommended)
- Make sure browser is updated
- Stop screen sharing
- Click Share Screen again
- Only Presenter can share screen
- Ask moderator to make you presenter
- Close apps using screen capture:
- Zoom
- Teams
- Screen recorder tools
- Refresh the page
- Rejoin the session
- Restart browser
- Browser issue
- Permission not granted
- Wrong screen selected
- Network issue
- Screen sharing is not supported on any mobile browsers
👉 Use a laptop or desktop
- Use stable internet
- Avoid VPN
- Try another network if needed
